Ingredients
- 50- 75 g Castello® Traditional danish blue
- 12 crackers
- 1 radicchio
- 12 slices bresaola
- 100-150 g red grape, cut in half
- fresh fresh basil leaves
Preparation
1. Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.
2. Place about a teaspoon of Castello® Danish Blue on the crackers with half a piece of red grape.
3. Garnish with a basil leaf.
