Ingredients
- 150 g minced bacon
- 4 slices of good sourdough bread
- 300 g mushrooms of your choice
- 20 g butter
- ½ tbsp salt
- 125 g Castello® Garlic Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place bacon on a baking sheet.
2. Cook bacon in the oven until it is crispy.
3. Toast bread on a grill pan to add taste and crunchy texture.
4. In a hot pan, fry mushrooms with butter and salt until they turn nice and golden brown.
5. Spread whipped cream cheese over the toasted sourdough bread.
6. Place the cooked mushrooms on top of the cream cheese, and top with crispy bacon.
