
Potato and asparagus puff pastry tart with Castello® cheese bake

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (275 g)
- 100 ml creme fraiche
- 2 potatoes in thin slices
- 100 g asparagus
- 180 g Castello® Cheese Bake
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- ½ tsp sea salt
Preparation
1. Roll out the puff pastry onto a baking sheet.
2. Spread crème fraiche evenly over the sheet and place the potatoes on top.
3. Sprinkle the Castello® Cheese Bake over the entire sheet and arrange asparagus on top.
4. Bake the tart in the oven for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C, or until it turns golden brown and crispy.
Serving1. Garnish the tart with lemon zest, freshly ground black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt.
