
Pastrami Crackers With Blue Cheese
Ingredients
- 12 crackers
- 1 radicchio
- 1 Castello® Danablu (125 g)
- 12 slices bresaola
- 100-150 g red grape, cut in half
- Red fresh basil (can be replaced with basil)
Preparation
1. Add a slice of bresaola and a radicchio leaf to the crackers.
2. Place about a teaspoon of Castello® Danablu on the crackers with a half red grape.
3. Finish with red basil leaves.
