
Whipped Blue Cheese with Crudites

- 4 oz Castello® Danish blue cheese,divided
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¾ cups heavy whipped cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- cucumbers
- celery
- carrots
- parsnips
- red peppers
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- asparagus
- radishes
- baguettes
- grissini
preparation
Combine 3 oz Castello Danish Blue Cheese, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender and whip until thoroughly combined.
Transfer the whipped blue cheese mixture to a serving dish and top with the remaining 1 oz of Castello Danish Blue Cheese.
Serve with crudites.
