- 3 oz Castello® Brie cheese
- 16 small round tortilla chips
- 5 tbsp green pesto, parsley or basil
- 16 salted almonds

Preparation1. Remove Castello® Brie from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Spread tortilla chips on a platter or large plate.
2. Slice cheese into small pieces and place one on each chip with 1 teaspoon of pesto on top. Garnish with whole almonds and serve with Prosecco.
