
Grilled chicken cobb salad

Ingredients
Chicken cobb salad- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 grilled chicken breast, cubed
- ¼ cups corn, grilled
- ¼ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cups bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp sliced blue cheese, crumbled
- ½ avocados, diced
- ¼ cups milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- ¼ tsp ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp dried dill
- ¼ tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Preparation
Spicy Buttermilk Ranch Dressing1. Combine milk and lemon juice in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add in mayonnaise, sour cream, cayenne, dill, ground mustard and hot sauce. Whisk to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Chicken Cobb Salad4. To assemble the salad, fill two bowls with mixed greens.
5. Top with chicken, corn, tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese and avocado.
6. Serve immediately with a drizzle of spicy buttermilk ranch dressing.
