ingredients
- 7 oz shelled edamame beans (frozen)
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp ground ground cumin
- 1 - 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cups sour cream or yogurt
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
preparation
Preparation1. Pour boiling water over the shelled edamame beans and strain.
2. Add the edamame beans, ground cumin, tahini and garlic to a blender.
3. Pulse lightly to blend and gradually add the olive oil and yogurt until you get the right texture – season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
