
Dill Cheese Pancakes

ingredients
- 200 ml kefir
- 2 eggs
- 60 g rice flour
- 100 g Castello® Havarti dill
- 1 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- olive oil
preparation
1. In a blender add all ingredients except the olive oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
3. Add a little olive oil into a skillet, use a pastry brush to oil the surface. Preheat the skillet on medium low heat.
4. Now pour in a little of the pancake batter. Swirl the skillet around so that the surface of the skillet is completely covered.
5. Once the pancake is cooked, flip to cook from the other side as well.
6. Lastly fold the sides to the middle then roll it up. Enjoy
