- 12¼ oz Castello® Extra mature cheddar, diced
- 2⅘ oz pickled beetroot
- 1¾ oz cleaned frisée lettuce salad
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- salt
- black pepper
- bread
- 4 tbsp coarse grain mustard
preparation
Preparation1. Place the Extra mature Cheddar on a platter with gherkins, pickled beets and duck rillettes.
2. Toss the salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange the salad on a dish.
3. Serve with bread and mustard.
