
Aged Havarti, Spinach, Bacon & Artichoke Quiche
ingredients
- 1 pack grated Castello® Aged havarti
- 1 pack premade pie crusts
- 8 eggs
- ½ cups milk
- ½ cups sour cream
- 8 oz jar artichokes hearts, chopped
- 5 oz package baby spinach, cooked
- 10 bacon cooked, cooled and chopped
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper
preparation
1) Bake pie pan approximate 5 minutes at 350. Set aside.
2) In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and sour cream. Add artichokes, spinach, bacon and Aged Havarti and mix well. Add garlic, salt and pepper and mix one final time.
3) Place pie pan on a foil covered baking pan. Fill with quiche mixture until pie pan is completely full. Bake for 45 minutes, until quiche is well set. Serve and enjoy!
