
Roasted grapes

An intense take on cheese and grapes - our recipe for Roasted grapes will elevate the timeless trick of adding grapes to your cheese board. Roasting the grapes intensifies their sweetness and change their texture, while salt, pepper, red onion and tarragon will take the grape flavours in a savoury direction.
Ingredients
- 175 g black grape
- 1 small red onion
- salt
- pepper
- small 1 handful of fresh tarragon
Preparation
PreparationCut the grapes in halves and chop the onion finely and add it to an ovenproof dish
Chop the tarragon finely and drizzle on top
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a little olive oil
Put the grapes in the oven v. 180-200 (hot air) for about 10-15 min
The grapes should have a sticky texture
