- 2 Castello® Blue cheese slices
- 2 summer pork chops
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 cup of leaf fresh parsley
- ½ red onions
- 1 cup of seedless black olives
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of olive oil
Preparation
PreparationTurn on the barbecue and grill the summer pork chops, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. When the first side is ready, you turn it and add a Castello Blue Cheese Slice.
Cut onion, tomatoes, leaf parsley and olives into pieces and put them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
