Ingredients
- 300 g red cabbages
- 3 tbsp sugar
- approximately 50 ml apple cider vinegar
- 500 g beef mince
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 4 - 6 burger buns
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 2 red pickled peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 4 - 6 Castello® Blue cheese slices
Preparation
Preparation The day before:Slice the red cabbage finely and put in a bowl with sugar and vinegar
Let it sit overnight
On the day:Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and form them into patties.
Cut all the vegetables, so they are ready for burgers.
Mix chilli sauce with the mayo and spread on the buns
Fry the steaks and add the Castello Blue Cheese Slices
Pour the vinegar from red cabbage
Assemble your burger
