
Pearl cous-cous salad with Castello® Greek Style Cheese & grilled zucchini

ingredients
- 265 g (1 jar) Castello® Marinated Greek Style Cheese in Oil with Garlic and Herbs
- 1⅓ cups pearl couscous, cooked and cooled
- 16 16 thin slices grilled zucchinis
- ½ lemons finely grated, zest and juice
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- bunch fresh mint leaves
preparation
Preparation1. Place the cous-cous into a mixing bowl with the oil from the Castello® Greek Style Cheese jar.
2. Add the grilled zucchini, lemon, chilli, and mint, season with freshly ground black pepper, and mix until combined.
3. Top with the Castello® Greek Style Cheese cubes and serve.

Tips & Tricks
The cous-cous is Ideally cooked in chicken or vegetable stock to add that extra flavour.
